George H. Martinez, Jr. is an Associate Attorney at The Law Firm of Shihab & Associates, Co., LPA. George is originally from California, where he graduated law school and interned at several law firms, as well as the Los Angeles County Office of the District Attorney as a Certified Law Clerk. George moved to Ohio in the summer of 2019 and started his career at the Law Firm of Shihab & Associates, where he has helped several of our clients on a multitude of different cases. Originally working for our firm as a Senior Paralegal, George has experience in both our Employment and Family practice areas, primarily focusing on H-1Bs, TPS, PERMs, Immigrant Petitions for Alien Workers, K-1/K-2 Nonimmigrant (Fiancé) Visas, Consular Processing and Adjustment of Status, to name a few.
George also handles many of our complex cases, requiring detailed legal research and briefs in support in responding to Requests for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Revoke, Notice of Intent to Deny, as well as Litigation and Removal cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the various federal courts.
